Prior to your arrival

• Read our website and all that it has to offer carefully. Remember! By writing to us, you do not undertake any obligation.
• Contact us by email (fill in the application form), phone or fax, to tell us about your needs, expectation and requirements
• Within 24 hours you will receive a preliminary cost estimate with a treatment plan. Treatment Plan– on the basis of your email, which should contain information about your appearance problems and its description, also regular digital photos of your look, we will be able to give you basic treatment recommendation and cost of your treatment in our clinic. The final detailed plan can be prepared after the first examination in the doctor’s office.
• You make a decision

  If you have decided to become our patient, fill in Forms: Medical History. We must be sure that the condition of your health is good enough to perform the service you have selected. The medical history will also provide our doctor with other necessary information

• Date of the procedure

  Setting the date of your surgery depends on you and the doctor. After consulting a specialist, we set the date of the surgery.

• Securing the reservation

  In order to secure the date of the procedure and later check up’s at the clinic, you need to pay a deposit of 650PLN (approx.132GBP). Instructions on how to pay the deposit you will find here). This deposit will of course be put on the account of your total payment. The rest of the payment you can make prior your arrival to Poland (credit card, bank transfer)or being already in Poland before the procedure (credit card, cash in PLN). Now you can start arranging your journey

• Flights
  You arrange your flight to Wroc³aw. For flight providers, click flights at our web site - then inform us about the exact date of arrival.
• Accommodation
  We can book you a hotel in city of your stay. More information about hotels you can find on our website in section Accommodation. If you prefer a different kind of accommodation, just inform us about your expectations. For sure we will find a proper accommodation which suits to your needs.
• Transfers
  For your convenience we have prepared a non obligatory Assistance Package.
• Other services
  If you would like to arrange additional service like sightseeing, SPA or WELLNES, gym or any other attractions please contact with our customer service assistance for details. He will introduce you our offer and help you with all arrangements.

If any problems arise, do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help you arrange the journey.

• Reservation Documents

After making your decision regarding your accommodation, date of arrival and departure, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation, which will include all the important details of your arrangements made.

On your arrival

If you choose the Assistance Package

• Beauty Holiday representative will pick you up from the airport and drive you to the hotel.
• On the day of your arrival, or the day after, depending on the time when you arrive, your guide will accompany you to make all necessary blood tests and then to the clinic where you will be interviewed and examined by a specialist.
• Having conducted the first examination, the doctor may introduce minor changes to your treatment plan and costs as well as the duration of your stay. Our focus is your health!
• Your guide will accompany you throughout the whole treatment procedure previously scheduled for you and agreed with your doctor.
• Once the procedure or surgery is completed, you receive a hospital discharge sheet (in your native language) with case history and follow-up procedures.
• Following your medical appointments, you can enjoy sightseeing, shopping, beauty enhancement treatments.

  On your request, we can arrange the services of a licensed tourist guide speaking your native language. We encouraged you to take this opportunity, as Wroc³aw is a beautiful and ancient city and is worth taking a closer look at.

• You will stay in Wroclaw until your first stage rehabilitation is complete.
• Our guide will take you to the airport on the day of your return flight scheduled.
• After your return home, please feel free to contact us any time you need our advice or assistance.

If you don’t choose the Assistance Package

• You meet at the clinic with your guide who will accompany you throughout the whole treatment procedure previously scheduled for you and agreed with your doctor.
• Having conducted the first examination, the doctor may introduce minor changes to your treatment plan and costs as well as the duration of your stay. Our focus is your health!
• Once the procedure or surgery is completed, you receive a hospital discharge sheet (in your native language) with case history and follow-up procedures.
